Nurse Well-Being: Caring for the Caregiver

Faced with a diminishing workforce, health systems are under pressure to not only improve nursing workflows but make sure nurses are doing well. They’re using new tools like AI and virtual care to improve workflows and developing strategies that address the working environment and the work-life balance. This panel will explore how health systems are addressing the working environment for their nurses and reimagining care delivery to improve both nurse workflows and clinical outcomes.
